My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The location is perfect, close to many attractions and in a beautiful area. The rooms are spacious and come with great amenities, including a large flat screen TV and a coffee pot. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to help with recommendations. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown as some of the hot food was cold and the made-to-order items took quite a while. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Charlotte. The rooms were comfortable, but there were no snacks available for evening TV watching. The service was friendly and helpful, especially the evening bartender and the lady who made delicious omelettes in the morning. The location felt a bit isolated, but the hotel was well laid out with a beautiful setting. The dining experience had some drawbacks, with a messy and understaffed breakfast area, although the made-to-order food was good. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor issues.
